Map of Minnesota Fire Lookouts.
I compiled this map of Minnesota fire lookouts based on information listed within the Minnesota Gazetteer, the FFLA page, or otherwise online. The lighter gold are the ones registered on the National Historic Lookout Register; darker gold is for the standing ones that are unregistered; black is used to note private or inaccessible lookouts; red is for former lookout sites that have been removed, sold, or destroyed. There are currently no former sites registered for Minnesota on the Former Fire Lookout Site Register. I will update this map the best I can as I find out more information.
